Our organization would be nothing without the wonderful community members who volunteer their time and skills to help our animals.

There are many ways to volunteer, please read about the application process below!

Volunteer

Register

Start by creating a username and password with us. This gives you a central spot to track info like:

  • Alerts when certain breeds are available

  • Volunteer opportunities

  • News and updates from Diamond in the Ruff

Complete the Application

Fill out the volunteer application to let us know:

  • What type of volunteering you're interested in

  • Your relevant skills

  • References who can speak to your reliability and experience

Let your references know we’ll be reaching out—this can help speed things up!

Be Patient

We’re an all-volunteer team and we do our best to move fast! While we’re working on your application and contacting your references, please be patient.
